Backdrops: There are two categories of backdrops. Scenic (skies, cityscapes, gardens, etc.) and textured (sometimes referred to as "limbo" or "mottled") which come in various colors. Unlike the scenic type the textured, which are done on unprimed canvas, can be draped. The coloring of both types can be greatly altered by the use of colored lights or gels. Examples of this can be seen on backdrops #103, #1269, and #1078. The backdrops are shown alone and propped.

Bookings: One day rentals are C.O.D. Thirty days are permitted for payment on volume bookings. The backdrop is delivered the afternoon before the shooting and picked up the morning after it.

Cancellations: 24 hours before delivery is to be made, if not 1/2 day fee is charged.

Delivery: The Broderson Studio will arrange round trip delivery for both NYC and out of town bookings. The client is responsible for the charge.

Commissions: Prices are based on size, content and usage. Charles Broderson retains all rights to commissioned backdrops. Sales are negotiable.
